Marketing and Growth Analyst, Kyiv

In this role you will be responsible for:
- lead local marketing activations and ad-hoc projects working closely with HQ functional marketing teams (Loyalty, Promo, Pricing);
- be the country point of contact for users retention focused projects as well as priority cities growth acceleration;
- explore Ukrainian market needs and deliver insightful analysis helping local business to make fast and facts based decisions;
- identify growth opportunities to increase company user base, step change retention rates and maximize business profitability;
- take ownership of the marketing reporting OKRs by creating customized reports and using the available ones;
- actively collaborate with colleagues (both local and HQ teams) and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
Required experience and skills:
- 1-2 years of work experience in business analytics, market research and intelligence;
- strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management and cross-functional collaboration (commercial and operations are key local point of contact);
- strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights;
- comfortable dealing with complex business challenges and fast changing environment;
- proficiency in English is a must;
- high-end expertise with Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint is a must;
- knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and/0r SQL language is a big plus;
- comfortable in setting up, automatizing and supporting regular reporting for marketing KPIs (or OKRs) to track and ensure effective local business performance.
