Sales Assistant, Cascais, Portugal
Main tasks:
preparation of contracts, commercial proposals and invoices for clients;
collection/processing of the necessary information for the department;
assistance to Manager in collecting and analyzing information;
solving current issues at the request of Managers.
Basic requirements:
higher education;
Portuguese (spoken – communication with clients and product presentation, written – contracts control);
attentiveness, responsibility, diligence, desire to develop your professional skills;
strong PC and Microsoft Office skills;
the ability to independently solve tasks and find the best solutions.
