Import Specialist, Kyiv
Responsibilities:
maintains and analyzes SKUs stock level;
provides efficient analysis and reporting current status of stock and quality of delivery;
ensures forecasting process, update and analyze forecasting tool (open orders, level of stock, promo activities), negotiate with buying department on weekly/monthly level;
ensures ordering process with the purpose of maintaining purpose stock days determined for each category;
ensures on-time ordering process, getting of order confirmation from the supplier/system data accuracy;
ready to control inbound delivery;
ensures negotiating with suppliers in terms of MOQ, lead time, Incoterms deliveries, outstanding stock;
provides effective communications with buying team / inside of supply chain team;
ready to execute projects/innovations implementation, ensure processes standardization and optimization;
- enjoys to share experience with newcomers.
Required experience and skills:
at least 2 years of experience on a similar position;
advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, base practice in Microsoft PowerBI and SQL (preferrable), SAP;
strong analytical skills and strategic mindset;
proven experience in analyzing large information data;
English at least Intermediate (written and spoken);
highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
