Strategic Account Manager, Kyiv  



An international fast-growing food-tech company.


Responsibilities:

  • be the main contact for the company top partners in the food category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership;

  • get a bunch of exposure and responsibility within the company;

  • evaluate, follow up and build reports of the portfolio and KPIs periodically;

  • take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs;

  • draw and execute plans, making the partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, cross selling and upselling);

  • optimize the company visibility through marketing actions with the partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc);

  • understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners;

  • improve operational efficiency of the partners by making sure the company always deliver the best service to customers;

  • actively collaborate with colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment.


Required experience and skills:

  • at least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management/brand managment/project managment or Business Consultancy;

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry;

  • good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel;

  • excellent English skills (written and spoken);

  • strong commercial skills;

  • good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented;

  • problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
