Customer Data Management Specialist, Kyiv/other cities



A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine more than 15 years.


Responsibilities:

  • control customer master data gathering from offline and online sources for registration, data keeping and maintaining in central system for possibility to use contact customer data for business needs;

  • ensure the customer master data completeness and correctness according to defined rules and legal requirement for all business needs;

  • conduct online trainings for stores to provide clear process of customer registration with full and quality data;

  • prepare and analyze the defined reports about data quality and fullness to provide timely actions about data maintaining to maximize data availability;

  • analyze feedback/requests from teams related to customer data quality to build clear process of data maintenance.


Required experience and skills: 

  • at least 1+ year experience on a similar analytical position;

  • a confident MS Excel & MS Office user (SQL, BigQuery, Python – as an advantage);

  • English at least Pre-Intermediate (written and spoken);

  • strong data analysis skills and experience in business process analysis;

  • initiative to increase data quality for digital transformation;

  • highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
