Customer Experience Analyst, Kyiv/other cities
A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine more than 15 years.
provide interpretation of customer experience research, NPS, Mystery shopping and customer queries;
analyze and build the structure of NPS results and customer feedback;
calculate necessary targets on Country, Stores and Branch level;
explain, support, and follow up reporting for key users;
prepare and provide reporting for operations in Store Support Office/ Store level (analysis, simulations);
coordinate and improve systems workflow process;
initiate automatization of reporting via BI tools.
Required experience and skills:
at least 1+ year experience in business processes support, optimization, analytics;
a confident MS Excel & MS Office user (SQL, BigQuery, Python – as an advantage);
English at least Pre-Intermediate (written and spoken);
Advanced analytical & presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point is a must, SQL - as an advantage);
highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
