Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist, Kyiv
A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine more than 15 years.
prepare and monitor reliable financial management reporting and forecasts for country P&L, CF and CAPEX;
conduct daily/weekly operational reporting in a timely manner;
prepare reliable financial performance overview of actual results and forward looking scenarios accompanied with risks mitigation options (P&L, CF and CAPEX);
take active part in Group and local initiatives regarding reporting process optimization;
- inspired to act as an advisor and proactively support business decisions.
Required experience and skills:
- at least 2+ years experience in Financial analysis or on a similar position;
- well experienced in Controlling, Accounting, Tax with strong business acumen and analytical skills;
- enthusiastic about Financial analysis and open to challenges;
- a confident MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in SQL – preferrable;
- English at least Intermediate (written and spoken);
- strong analytical skills;
- proven experience in analyzing large information data;
- highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
