Senior Manager in the Deals Transaction Services and Valuation department, Ukraine remote
support in verifying client/other valuer applied methodology of impairment tests of PPE/Goodwill, including DCFs, WACC calculations, etc;
support in verifying client/other valuer business valuations;
support in verifying client/other valuer fixed and intangible assets market valuations;
support in assessment of risk free rates;
support in assessment of level of credit risks/losses;
support in assessment of various market rates for financial instruments;
understanding key drivers of a target companies (financial and non-financial information) and analysing their impact;
analysing the financial operations of a target companies and identifying issues that may impact the purchase price;
understanding and evaluating financial and operational trends of a target companies;
assisting with writing complex areas of due diligence reports;
collaborating with other teams (tax, legal and forensic) working as part of a larger project environment.
Required experience and skills:
- University Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting or similar;
- knowledge in the areas of financial reporting (IFRS / US GAAP), budgeting, management accounting / reporting;
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, for example advisory, consultancy or due diligence work;
- strong analytical skills using financial modelling, research, and accounting analysis;
- good business writing and Excel skills;
- commercial awareness;
- Advanced written and spoken English;
- interpersonal skills (work well within teams, presentation, confident interacting with clients and management);
- ability to adapt and be flexible to a changing work environment and evolving demands;
- assimilating information quickly;
- problem solving;
- ACCA / CIMA / CFA papers taking / passed is an advantage.
