Area HR Business Partner MEWA, Kyiv

Responsibilities:
  • HR Data analytics is managing through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other HR Dashboards and systems (SAP, BI, Anaplan etc.);
  • responsible for timely/regular tracking of HR data/analytics throughout MEWA area;
  • cooperate with Area HR Director in analytics and insights generation;
  • acting as HR centre of analytics of MEWA markets;
  • regular HR KPIs and Metrics reports generation and presentation to management;
  • business planning support through checking and facilitating the process of Head Count Planning and Personnel Related cost planning of MEWA Markets;
  • regular cooperation with MEWA markets – data checks, planning accuracy management, process facilitation and insights generation;
  • assure alignment to global philosophies and effective partnering to the local business by reinforcing HR local plans that support the country needs and the global strategy;
  • advise and support of HR teams in MEWA area on the implementation of Global HR Tools and processes;
  • provide HR inputs and support for Business Planning processes;
  • lead regional projects and policies;
  • provide regional and global HR market insights;
  • support of hiring managers of those markets where no local HR teams are represented;
  • performance Management process facilitation.


Required experience and skills:

  • strong HR Systems User Experience (SAP HR and other);
  • excellent proficiency in MS Office (in Excel and Power);
  • at least 3-4 years’ experience in HR functions of multinational business (specialist, BP, HR Info-Systems, C&B specialist/manager);
  • excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
  • excellent organisational skills including ability to meet short deadlines;
  • project management experience/capabilities;
  • fluent English (both written and spoken);
  • ability to build effective relationships across the business with managers and employees;
  • strong communication skills;
  • ability to crystallize/conceptualize multilayered data into clear insights;
  • ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
