Cyber Security Manager, Ukraine remote
The company holds leading positions in the international market in the field of audit services.
Responsibilities:
- participate in cybersecurity and IT consulting projects from planning to delivery in different sectors of economy for both private and public sector clients;
- be actively involved in business development activities and explore / pursue cybersecurity opportunities;
- be integral part of the regional company cybersecurity team, participate in regional/global projects in cybersecurity field;
- coordinate with technical teams (red team, blue team) to deliver comprehensive product to the clients;
- develop the cybersecurity team in Ukraine.
Required experience and skills:
- University degree in Information Security / IT / Economic Cybernetics or other technical specialties;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity / IT consulting, audit, risk management;
- understanding of the IT and cybersecurity processes, good practices, risks and controls;
- familiarity with key industry standards and frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO27001 etc), including assessment and / or implementation experience;
- understanding of information security architecture, concepts, products and technologies (SIEM, PAM, IAM etc.);
- knowledge of Ukrainian cybersecurity legislation (NBU, critical infrastructure requirements) would be a plus;
- cybersecurity work experience for the critical infrastructure of Ukraine would be a plus;
- ambition to grow and develop yourself and team around;
- leadership, teamwork and client servicing skills;
- strong communication skills in both verbal and written English;
- one or more relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 etc.
