Senior ESG consulting expert for public sector, Kyiv
The company holds leading positions in the international market in the field of audit services.
Responsibilities:
- adoption of ESG frameworks and standards to transformation of public sector organisations;
- cooperation with donors, regulatory bodies, subject matter experts and other relevant parties;
- develop and implement ESG initiatives within public sector;
- develop approaches for measurement and reporting of ESG performance, including use of data analytics solutions;
- due diligence and other verifications related to ESG issues;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sustainability, legal, consulting to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
Required experience and skills:
- proven experience in ESG area or corporate social responsibility (CSR);
- prior, relevant 2+ years’ experience in public sector;
- acumen in identifying and acting on market opportunities;
- understanding of any of the ESG frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs;
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- relevant ESG certifications would be a plus.
