Sr Account Manager, Kyiv  



An international fast-growing technology company.


Responsibilities:

  • establish excellent relationships with company partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement;

  • evaluate, follow up and build reports of the portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach goals and company OKRs;

  • draw and execute plans, making the partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling);

  • achieve Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial);

  • ensure that the company has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners;

  • optimize company visibility through marketing actions with partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc);

  • improve company revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets;

  • understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners;

  • improve operational efficiency of the partners by making sure the company always deliver the best service to customers;

  • teach the partner how to use the manager portal to become self-sufficient, so that partner can: change and edit the menu, activate promotions and check their information.



Required experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management in a B2C or B2B business;

  • ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance company with a fast pace;

  • computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides, Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus;

  • fluency in Ukrainian and Upper Intermediate+ level of English;

  • strong commercial skills;

  • good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • highly organized and detail-oriented;

  • problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
