Demand Planner, Remote
A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine more than 15 years.
Responsibilities:
- daily maintenance and analysis of demand forecast on SKU-store level;
- weekly root-cause analysis of Forecast accuracy report;
- deepdive and RCA for customer shelf availability;
- analyzes and interprets data from internal and external sources to monitor consumer dynamics, trade channels, brand performance and efficiency in order to identify potential risk & opportunities;
- provides all required inputs for efficient listing process: forecast checks for innovations (in comparison with analogues);
- ensures all promo activities are included in demand plan on time and in full, effective communication with promo/pricing and Supply Planners;
- organizes and leads monthly category consensus meeting cycle with focus on forecast accuracy, top BIAS outliers, key suppliers’ underdeliveries, etc.;
- fulfil joint demand planning with TOP suppliers;
- prepare instructions, procedures, etc. for process standardization and optimization.
Required experience and skills:
- at least 2 years of experience on a similar position;
- advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, base practice in Microsoft PowerBI and SQL (preferrable), SAP;
- strong analytical skills and strategic mindset;
- proven experience in analyzing large information data;
- English at least Intermediate (written and spoken);
- highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
