Partner Ads Lead, Kyiv



An international fast-growing technology company.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • define and lead company Ads strategy to maximize revenue and deliver measurable value to partners;
  • develop go-to-market plans for new ad products and features in collaboration with product, marketing, and commercial teams;
  • own P&L responsibility for the Ads business unit, including forecasting, pricing, and profitability;
  • drive partner adoption of company Ads through data-backed performance insights and ROI storytelling;
  • establish and maintain relationships with key partners;
  • monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep company at the forefront of retail media innovation.


Required experience and skills:

  • experience: 4+ years in digital advertising, retail media, or marketplace monetization, with at least 1 year in a leadership role;
  • commercial skills: proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large-scale ad operations;
  • strategic thinking: ability to translate business objectives into actionable ad strategies;
  • analytical skills: proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and measure success;
  • languages: fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
