Pre-sales engineer, Kyiv
The company holds leading positions in the international market in the field of IT integrations and IT services.
Responsibilities:
- personal communication with the customer to determine customer needs in all aspects;
- manage customers together with the account managers and act as the technical trusted advisor;
- lead and manage solution presentations for customers;
- lead and manage technical workshops and Proof of concept for customers;
- work closely with account managers on each sales process, including quotation preparation;
- work closely with our delivery experts both during the sales process and during project implementation.
Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience as a presale or engineer (GCP, AWS). Previous experience as a consultant in the relevant fields is a plus;
- English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (minimum);
- knowledge in public cloud technologies – GCP/AWS/Azure;
- knowledge in networking and cybersecurity;
- excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, positive attitude, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
- wide perspective of IT and business system flows. Technical IT skills and acquaintance with Public Cloud are an advantage;
- the ability to write high-level solution documents and scope of work documents in both English & Ukrainian is an advantage;
- experience in managing complex processes and projects, with a high level of integration across multiple components and stakeholders is an advantage.
