Partner Operations Supervisor, Remote
An international fast-growing technology company.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- establish excellent relationships with company partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (partner’s meetings and business reviews);
- perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating
- develop and oversee relationships with partners performing alongside account managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients;
- bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient;
- work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved.
Required experience and skills:
- strong analytical skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause;
- high level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility;
- data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you;
- brilliant communication and interpersonal skills;
- project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented;
- an empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude;
- Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency;
- Looker (nice to have) experience;
- professional English.
